Can I change my order after ordering?

Please contact our customer service team via email: info@dislplayprotection.nl.

If you need a change to your order after 6 days from the original order date, please also contact our customer service team.Please note that once the order is in production, we cannot guarantee that a change can be made. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible. Please note that additional fees may apply when processing changes.

We ship anywhere in Europe.

How much do we charge for shipping?

Shipping costs:

Within the Netherlands and Belgium: Free
Rest of Europe: €4.95

What if my order is delayed?

Orders may experience unforeseen delays. We do our very best to keep you informed so that when we know, you know too. If your order has exceeded the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@displayprotection.nl

How do I see the status of my order?

Split Shipping Options:

If your order includes products that are custom or pre-ordered, we normally ship your items when they are in stock. This reduces your shipping costs and ensures that all your items are delivered together. Would you like to receive part of your order earlier? We are happy to arrange split shipping, with shipping costs applied to each shipment. Please contact our logistics team for more details on split shipping.

Delivery time:

Delivery time from production to arrival at our warehouse is typically between 2 to 7 days. Pre-orders of products already in production or en route to our warehouse may result in a shorter delivery time, making orders ready for shipment sooner than expected. You will receive email notifications for each stage of the ordering process so that you are always aware of the most current status of your order.

Product care

Do deep scratches also heal?

The film is specially designed to repair minor surface scratches by heat. This applies to minor scratches, such as those caused by keys, coins, gravel, or wire. Unfortunately, severe or deep scratches will not recover on their own.

Is there anything I need to pay attention to during installation?

No, installation is really simple and quick. We recommend watching our instructional video and following our steps for best results. Be sure to use plenty of mounting fluid during installation.

Is your model not offered?

If your model is not offered, please feel free to contact us. We are constantly expanding our product line and may be able to provide a solution for your specific device. Please email us with the details of your model, and our team will see what we can do for you.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy Displayprotection

Conditions for Returns:

Return Period: Returns must be notified within 7 days of receiving the product.

Condition of Product: Product must be in original condition and undamaged. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.

Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging.

Return Process:

Notification: Send us an email at info@displayprotection.nl with your order number and reason for return.

Confirmation: Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.

Refund: Once we have received and verified your return, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.Return

Cost: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product was damaged or misdelivered.

Please note: Custom or customized products are not eligible for return.

Warranty Policy of Display Protection

At Display Protection, we believe in the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer a 3-year warranty on all our items. Below are the details of our warranty:

What the warranty covers:
Product quality: We guarantee that all our products are free of manufacturing defects and meet the highest quality standards.
Film damage: If the film cracks or tears due to normal use within the 3-year warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.


Warranty period:
The warranty is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.


How to take advantage of the warranty:
Contact us: Send an e-mail to info@displayprotection with your order number and a description of the problem.
Return the product: Once we confirm your eligibility for a warranty claim, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will review it and notify you of next steps within 7 days.


Exceptions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear beyond normal use.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
